A narrow pointed smooth handcrafted timber pickup stick. Useful for working patterns when band weaving. These pickup sticks have been carefully crafted to ensure they feel smooth and beautiful to use. Made from various timbers on the property of Dave and Jill in North East Victoria. They have been sanded to a snag free finish and oiled with vegetable oil. Each piece will be unique from a range of Australian timbers or repurposed wood. Dimensions will vary due to the characteristics of the original piece of wood but there are three main ranges available. Widths of these pickup sticks are approximately 14 - 18mm.
