Textile bazaar.. At the Guild rooms, 10 am to 2 pm, save the date -May 1st 2021. Lots of bargains!!

Our rooms have reopened! Visit us Tuesday, Friday or Saturday from 10 am to 2.00 pm.  The library is open Friday and Saturday from 10-2.00pm. Please email or call us for your crafting queries or supplies. [business hours-Tuesday to Saturday] and check out our online shop

Our much loved introduction to 4 shaft weaving  and  Introduction to spinning courses are back on and ready to book.  

Experienced weavers will enjoy 'Blended drafts' a class combining two 4 shaft drafts in a variety of interesting ways using an 8 shaft loom.

'The Certificate of Spinning course' covers all aspects of spinning over an 18 month period and is a treat for those who wish to master the skill. It is very flexible for students who may not be able to attend every session.

The renowned 'Certificate of eight shaft weaving' is open for bookings. Please contact the Guild before booking.

 Wednesday night zoom meetings; Join us for these very popular sessions at 8pm every second Wednesday for interesting presentations from our skilled members. Details are in the weekly newsletters available to members of the Guild.

The Australian Sheep and Wool show [Bendigo, July 16-18th 2021] is a highlight of the year for textile lovers. We will be there! Check out their website for details of how to enter an item in the woolcraft competition.

The Guild's aim is to bring together those who practise handweaving, spinning and allied crafts. To help and encourage them to increase their knowledge, understanding and skills by discussion, demonstration, exhibition, teaching and the provision of quality resource materials.
